Jennifer Santana Lantigua is proud to be the Director of Lovely Little Einsteins Preschool in Miramar. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Universidad de Puerto Rico, a minor in Preschool Education, and a Master’s Degree in School Administration. Jennifer has been in this leadership position for two years after more than 20 years working as a Preschool Teacher.

​Jennifer has successfully organized several professional development opportunities for staff and plays a critical role in overseeing curriculum development and strategic educational planning.

Carol Fernández Martínez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She holds a bachelors degree in Psychology, and two masters degrees, in Educational Neuroscience and School Psychology.

Carol is extremely passionate for early childhood education and fascinated by the developmental stages in children.

​

​Carol started off as a teacher at Lovely Little Einsteins Preschool, Miramar in 2018 and was the perfect fit for taking on a new leadership role as Director of LLEP in Vega Alta starting in 2021.
